Who we are
Born and raised in the Roseville area, our Owner and Head Mechanic, Derick Ruth, attended Universal Technical Institute in Sacramento, where he received college-level training and certification in automotive repair. Holding both ASE certifications and Toyota/Lexus certifications, Derick has extensive experience working in both dealership and fleet maintenance environments.
Throughout his career, Derick became frustrated with companies that would upsell unnecessary parts and services or charge customers excessive amounts for simple repairs. Wanting to provide a better alternative, he founded Blue Dragon Mobile Mechanics with a commitment to honest, reliable, and fairly priced automotive repair services. His goal is simple: to deliver quality workmanship while treating every customer with integrity and respect.
